Terms and conditions:Guarantee:All of our products are 100% guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with our product, please return the treats for a full refund or replacement. Delivery:UK delivery only.
After placing an order, we aim to get it delivered to your door within 14 working days, using Royal Mail. All orders will be dispatched to the address provided with the order, unless specified - please ensure that you give the full and correct address. We will not accept liability for lost or missing orders where an incorrect has been given.
Payment:Payment can be made online, with a credit or debit card, we can take phone orders on 01604 460903, payment with credit or debit card, or you can call us for an order form and leaflet. The treats in the 'Gourmet Range' come in three sizes:
Small - 1"
Medium - 1.5"
Large - 2.25"
The treats (unless a seasonal shape) are square in shape.
The treats in the 'Yummy Sweet Treat' come in four sizes:
Extra small - 1.00" (these are really really small - only suitable for training) Please remember that if you choose extra small - you only get 150g of treats per bag.
Small - 2.25"
Medium - 3.25
Large - 4.25"
These treats are cut into bone shapes. The size above refers to the length of the treats, they are quite narrow in width.
Postage and Packaging
There is a minimum order requirement of £5
The p&p charges are as follows:

orders £6 - £10 - p&p £4
orders £11 - £15 - p&p £5.50
orders £16 - £20 - p&p £7.00
orders £21 - £30 - p&p £8.50
order £31 - £40 - p&p £9.50
